Ministère Puissance (“Ministère Puissance,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the privacy of individuals and families who use our website and the official Ministère Puissance mobile application.
This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, disclosed, and protected when you use the Ministère Puissance Android application, visit puissance.org, use our donation services, listen to Puissance Radio, submit forms, or otherwise interact with services operated or made available by Ministère Puissance.
1. About the Ministère Puissance App
The Ministère Puissance mobile application provides convenient access to our ministry’s online content and services.
The App primarily displays content from puissance.org within the application and provides access to features including ministry information, mission and community activities, sharing, donations, and Puissance Radio.
Because website content is displayed within the App, some information collected through puissance.org or services accessed through the website may also be collected when those services are used from within the App.
2. Our Commitment to Children and Families
Ministère Puissance is committed to providing content appropriate for children and families.
We do not knowingly use the App to solicit personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental or legal guardian involvement or consent when required by law.
Children are not required to create an account or provide personal information simply to access the primary ministry content or listen to Puissance Radio.
Children under 13 should not submit contact forms, subscribe to mailing lists, make donations, or otherwise provide personal information through our services without the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Parents and legal guardians may contact us regarding personal information submitted by their children.
3. Information You Voluntarily Provide
Certain features may allow users to voluntarily provide information.
For example, our contact forms may request information such as:

The App and puissance.org provide access to online donation services.
Online donations are intended for adults. Children and minors should not make donations without the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.
Payment transactions may be processed through third-party payment providers such as PayPal.
Payment processors may collect information necessary to complete a transaction, including payment information, billing information, contact information, transaction information, and information necessary for fraud prevention and legal compliance.
Ministère Puissance does not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers when payments are processed entirely by an external payment provider.
Payment providers process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
6. Puissance Radio
The App provides access to Puissance Radio, which is delivered using an external audio-streaming service.
Radio playback does not automatically begin when the App opens. Users must intentionally select Listen Now to start the stream.
Our radio stream may be delivered through Zeno Media/Zeno.FM or related streaming infrastructure.
When connecting to an external streaming service, that provider may receive technical information necessary to deliver the stream, such as an IP address, device/browser information, and connection information.
Third-party streaming services are responsible for their own privacy practices.
7. Automatically Collected Technical Information
When users access puissance.org or services through the App, certain technical information may be processed automatically.
This can include information such as:
- IP address
- Browser or WebView information
- Device type
- Operating system
- Date and time of requests
- Pages or resources requested

We may use information collected through our services to operate and maintain puissance.org and the App; provide requested ministry services; respond to inquiries; manage voluntary subscriptions; process authorized donations; provide radio and media services; improve functionality and reliability; protect our services from abuse, fraud, and security threats; fulfill legal obligations; and maintain appropriate records.
We do not knowingly sell children’s personal information.

We may disclose information to service providers when reasonably necessary to operate our website or App, provide requested functionality, process authorized transactions, deliver communications, maintain security, or comply with applicable law.

We do not knowingly sell or rent children’s personal information.
